Our ‘Art in the Park’ display is in the centre of the park, with a few additional pieces on display in the cafe. We have been running the exhibition since 2020 and each year invite artists to submit pieces based on a Rowntree Park related theme.
Themes have included Rowntree Park through the years, Wild Rowntree Park, Seasonal Perspectives and the Pollinators of Rowntree Park.
Some of the artwork on display is available to purchase. Many of the artists kindly agreed we can sell items using their art including such as notecards, prints, and calendars – any profit raised goes back into our charity who help maintain and improve the park.
The call out for artists to submit to Art in the Park 2025 was launched at the start of April and the deadline for submissions is 14th June. More info and to register interest, click below
